Pharmacology
Pharmacodynamic
Benzathine cloxacillin belongs to the β-lactam antibiotics by corresponding to the
membrane of the penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs)combine and affect its function,
thus it prevents cell wall peptidoglycan synthesis, and making bacterial cell wall
defect, so that biomass expansion cracking. This product is acid, enzyme resistant and can not easily be enzymatic hydrolysis of penicillin. Against most Gram-positive
bacteria, especially penicillin-resistant staphylococus aureus effectively, known as
the "anti-Staphylococcus penicillin", but for not enzyme production strains and group A hemolytic streptococcus, pneumococcus,streptococcus, staphylococcus epidermidis
and other gram positive cocciantibacterial activity than penicillin weak. Enterococcus faecalis to the drugresistance.
Drug Interactions

With the following drug solution is physical incompatibility (produce turbid, floc or precipitation):
Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate, oxytetracycline, tetracycline hydrochloride,gentamycin
sulfate, polymyxin B sulfate, vitamin C and chlorpromazine hydrochloride.

Kanamycin sulfate colistin methanesulfonate sodium, mixed in a solution which will be invalid.
Application
For the treatment of dry cow mastitis in dairy cows.
Dosage and Administration
Milk room injection, into each room in this product terms 10ml
(terms ofbenzathine cloxacillin 500,000 units).
Adverse Reaction
The recommended doses are used, no adverse reactions.
Precautions
Lactation is disabled.
Withdrawal Period
Cow, 28 days. Discard time, 4 days after calving.
